Hard to respond without knowing more information:
Probably the most important two would be……
1) How old is your brother? For example, if he is an adult or older teen, it would not be appropriate to tell your parents.
2) How will your parents handle the knowledge? If they will respond poorly, you will probably make things much worse by telling them.
Perhaps you should sit down with your brother, tell him that you found it and encourage him to talk to your parents.
