Kallah Class Teacher and Mentor
Shevi Samet is a passionate and empathetic educator who brings more than a decade of experience teaching young adults in the high school and seminary setting in addition to Kallahs. Her natural charisma and genuine warmth builds an instant rapport with students from diverse backgrounds and her depth of knowledge makes her a sought after kallah instructor and mentor. She has taught across the religious spectrum including serving as an Aish HaTorah 'Campus Rebbetzin’ at SUNY Albany where her husband served as Rabbi/Program Director. Shevi, a native Montrealer, pursued her Bachelors and Masters in History and Educational Leadership respectively, at Lander College for Women and TUI and has engaged in extensive training in the subject of Taharas HaMishpacha. She currently lives in the Chestnut Ridge neighborhood of Monsey, New York with her supportive husband and five spirited children.
